<strong Article writing allows you to put your website or blog out in front of the internet crowd, where you want to be.
It also helps you to get those hard to get links back to your website. These links are important to get a higher page rank or PR for your website. When you have a higher page rank, you will also have better search engine results.
An article will usually contain about 400 to 600 words. Many article directories have a word count of 400 words minimum. I personally find that I can write an article of this size in about half an hour. While many article directories do not allow links to your website in the article, you can utilize the resource box for this. I will deal with the resource box in a later post
